He loves to transform the idea a customer has to innovation and prides himself on the satisfaction of his customers. Shannon has proven himself reliable to master the craftsmanship, communication and the professionalism required to run and maintain a growing company in the Pacific Northwest. He has worked tirelessly to create a company that will foster growth, dependability, and stability. Her signature look of sophisticated, airy, and innovative can be applied to any design style for a timeless look whether vibrant or understated. Sarah is your dedicated liason with the contractor to ensure that the style established in the beginning is carried through the project successfully. She loves creating beautiful spaces with solutions for healthy, comfortable, and more productive spaces. Sarah is invested in carefully listening to each client’s needs for a uniquely tailored experience. Sarah focuses on creating elegant and sophisticated custom home interiors that reflect each individual client’s taste and lifestyle.

Finance Manager/Administrative Director

Sarai oversee all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking, reconciliations, and sales commission tracking. She provides strategic analyses to the owner to determine project and company profitability, prepare quarterly financial statements and special reports required. She also develops company policies and procedures including writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook and ensure compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. She serves as the focal point for human resources management and liaise with insurance brokers, accounting firm and IRA account manager. There are several things she enjoys while working here, such as problem solving, providing timely and relevant analyses, and working as a team to grow the company.
