Yes. By working with Higgason Construction, you can take full advantage of our process, which breaks down remodeling into various components. Therefore, you can use us for design, purchase materials from us, and all the construction. We are a design-to-build company.
Your personal Project Manager is responsible for scheduling the trades and materials, meeting the building inspectors, quality control, and completing the final punch list. Owner Shannon Higgason also performs on-site inspections on a regular basis for each project as well.
No. We install a lockbox on-site so our craftsmen can come and go as necessary or we can use your existing electronic locks.
Yes, the amount will vary depending on the project and the amount of material required at the start of the project.
